With the problem in mind, we use the Internet’s capabilities to create “Scholars Platform,” an online information system/portal that serves as a conduit between the sponsor and the applicants. The platform uses a systematic algorithm to assign applicants to the Scholastic Achievement Program, helping them find the Scholarship information they’re eligible to apply for.
